On 25-28 October the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of India to Russia, His Excellency Ajai Malhotra visited the Republic of Buryatia.

During the visit, he met with Vice President of the FPLB, a deputy of the People’s Khural of the Republic of Buryatia Bair Tsyrenov. Among the issues discussed during the meeting – the activity of the Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal, the results of the expedition “Mirs at Lake Baikal” and a new project of the Fund – a three-year expedition “Trans-Eurasia flight: Leman-Baikal”.
