Photo exhibition on Lake Baikal will hold with Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal’s support in Denmark

On 21 June 2014 the opening of the exhibition “Baikal. Kingdom of ice and water” of "photographer Olga Kamenkaya will take place at NaturBornholm (an interpretive centre, located in Aakirkeby on the Danish island of Bornholm) will host. The exhibition was prepared with the support of the Fund for Protection of Lake Baikal.

Olga Kamenskaya – is a winner of several prestigious competitions art photography . The main theme of her work – the relationship between man and nature, understanding of extraordinary beauty of the underwater world. The exhibition “Baikal. Kingdom of ice and water” tells about the unique flora and fauna of Lake Baikal. “Baikal can not be seen, it can only be felt – is sure Olga Kamenskaya – here, on the shores of this amazing lake, one can understand how strong and weak he is at the same time, as all human problems are insignificant compared to the grandeur and beauty of nature, how fragile, defenseless and beautiful world”.

The exhibition runs until August 31, 2014.
