Thirteen-year-old Grisha Slipenchuk Participating in the “Mirs on the Baikal” Expedition Enters the Russian Book of Records as the Youngest Hydronaut

THE RUSSIAN BOOK OF RECORDS
DIPLOMA
This Diploma has been issued to Grigory Mikhailovich Slipenchuk in connection with his setting of a record of Russia in the nomination of “The Youngest Hydronaut”.
Aged 13 years 10 months and 21 days, he submerged on July 2, 2010 into Lake Baikal to the depth of 837 meters as a crew member of deep submergence vessel Mir-2.
This Diploma confirms the registration of this achievement  in the Russian Book of Records and serves as a testimony of national and worldwide recognition.
