Head of the Metropol Group of Companies, M.V. Slipenchuk is awarded the Mongolian Order of the "Pole Star" for his merits in the development of Russian and Mongolian relations

Head of Group METROPOL M.V. Slipenchuk was awarded today the Order of the Mongolian "Pole Star" for his merits in the development of Russian and Mongolian relations. The Order of the Pole Star is the highest state award of Mongolia for foreigners. The highest award was granted by the President of Mongolia, Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, during the official reception of the delegation from the Metropol Group of Companies, which arrived in Ulan Bator, at the personal invitation of the President of Mongolia.

The Order of the "Pole Star" was established in 1936.
According to the Regulation on the awards and medals of the MPR (approved by the Decree of the Presidium of Small Hural and the Council of Ministers of the MPR No. 26-27 dated May 16, 1941), the Order of the Pole Star of MPR is given to soldiers, officers and political workers of MPRA, the military Border of MIA, Arata, workers, employees and other citizens who have achieved remarkable success in strengthening the military power of MPRA , strengthening the national defense, national development of the economy, culture and health.
The Order of the Pole Star is an oval shield, covered with gray-blue and covered with silver enamel.
Along the outer edge of the sign is a flaring golden frieze relief in the form of rays. In the middle, there is a five-pointed red star. In three of the bottom corners of the star there are sun's rays, in the top two - red banners on flagpoles. The emblem "Soyombo" is imposed on the star. On each banner there are two syllables (of old Mongolian script, covered with white enamel (and another letter is located on the central ray in the lower right corner). These letters are the abbreviation for the words: bugday, Nairamdah, Mongol, Ard, Uls in translation it means "Mongolian People's Republic."
